The shelfAdz Delivery Quality Coordinator acts as a liaison between client delivery teams, quality control, and supporting departments, responsible for ensuring that all client outputs and deliverables meet established standards. The coordinator ensures product and service excellence for clients, while maintaining accountability for error-free execution and supports ISO 9000 quality processes.

We’re seeking an Academic Operations Lead to manage the operational and quality aspects of our delivery, ensuring training and assessment processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the business. This role works closely with the Training Manager and is key to embedding change, improving processes, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
